Who We Are
Who We AreAt Smart Online Quran Academy, we didn’t start with a business plan, we started with a purpose.
We are an Egyptian online Quran memorization academy, founded and managed by a dedicated team of administrators from Al-Azhar University. Our leadership is based in both Egypt and the blessed city of Medina. This connection to the heart of the Islamic world is not just symbolic; it is the foundation of everything we do, from selecting our teachers to designing every lesson.
We believe that memorizing the Quran is one of the greatest gifts a person can give themselves or their child. And we take the responsibility of guiding that journey with the seriousness it deserves.
Our academy is always evolving. We regularly review our teaching methods, update our materials, and listen closely to feedback from our students and their families, because we know that the best version of Smart Memorization Quran Academy hasn’t been built yet. We’re still working on it, and we always will be.

📖 Our Curriculum & Methodology
Our entire academic approach is built on the foundations of Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jama’ah — the authentic, traditional path of Quranic learning passed down through generations of scholars.
We use a structured, proven curriculum that combines classical wisdom with modern teaching techniques, making it accessible for children as young as 4 years old all the way to adult learners starting their journey for the first time.
What we teach and how we teach it:
Al-Qa'idah Al-Nooraniyyah :
Al-Qa’idah Al-Nooraniyyah our foundational tool for beginners, helping students build strong phonetic and recitation skills from day one, before moving into full Quranic reading.
Tajweed Rules :
Tajweed taught gradually, practically, and without overwhelming the student, until it becomes second nature.
Quran Memorization (Hifzh) :
Quran Memorization structured around each student’s personal pace and goals, with regular revision built into every plan.
Quran Recitation & Review :
Quran Recitation & Review for students who want to strengthen their connection to the Quran without full memorization.

Let’s be honest with you: finding the right Quran teacher isn’t easy. And we don’t compromise when it comes to selecting those who stand before our students.
Every teacher at Smart Online Quran Academy undergoes a rigorous, multi-stage selection process. We don’t just look for someone who can recite beautifully; we look for someone who can teach, communicate, and inspire, and who will faithfully uphold this trust.
Our teachers are:
- Certified Quran memorizers (Hafiz), some with certified licenses in Tajweed and recitation.
- Trained to teach both children and adults, making lessons engaging and enjoyable.
- Patient and friendly communicators who understand that every student learns differently.
- Proficient in Arabic and able to teach non-native speakers clearly in their own languages.
We don’t just hire teachers; we select ambassadors for the Quran—individuals who understand that their role is far more than just a job.

Our virtual doors are open to students from all over the world, regardless of age, background, or starting level. Whether you’re a complete beginner who has never opened a Mus-haf before, or someone returning to the Quran after years away, you will find your place here.
